Clear Ocean Water is now achievable in FiveM, Client Sided - demonstrated in the photograph below! This will replace ALL water in your game, leaving it clear & easy to see through.
Please note: This conversion may or may not interact with other visual mods, always back up your original files.

Installation Instructions:
1. Choose the Clarity/Wave Type you desire & Download the folder containing it
2. Open the downloaded folders until you reach water.xml
3. Drag water.xml into the following Pathway: Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Grand Theft Auto V > Citizen > Common > Data > Levels > gta5

im not seeing a citizen folder in my gta 5 folder but i do see one in my fivem folder
